Databases down ( was Re: W3C GLD-WG Thur 26-Apr-2012)

Perhaps more serious than the ability to record regrets on the wiki 
(some for absence, some presence), the Team IRC channel is full of chat 
about this and it seems that just about everything is down, notably 
including Tracker.

Please have pens and paper ready for today's meeting.
