Sandro did the hard work re setting up the hg repo; I just happened to
slap the ED in it ;)

True. Just one thing: I recommend doing 'hg pull' *before* you start
editing and/or committing; so you always have the latest version to
work against with.

I added you already, now [1].

Well, very simple, really: the WG discusses, WG members send in stuff
via the mailing list or the Wiki [2] (I'm watching this space; you can
do it as well by selecting the 'watch' tab and get notifications when
someone changes something). Of course people may directly edit the ED
but I guess should only do it when they feel comfortable with HTML
editing and the hg stuff. It might save the Editors time but also
might lead to more work ;)

What is essential, in my opinion, is that we 1. keep editing all the
time (release early, release often) and 2. capture all relevant issues
(such as I've just done with ISSUE-1 [3]). This allows the WG as a
whole and more importantly the chairs to keep track of what is going
on - you can believe me, something, after some months you really want
to make sure you have a good policy in place.

Cheers,
	Michael
