For your information, the European DCAT Application Profile that is
currently out for public review
(http://joinup.ec.europa.eu/asset/dcat_application_profile/description)
recommends the Dublin Core Collection Description Frequency Vocabulary
(http://dublincore.org/groups/collections/frequency/) for
dct:accrualPeriodicity. This vocabulary is formally under the
maintenance commitment of DCMI.
