Thanks a lot, Fadi. Yes, I see your point.

I wonder whether it would be possible to include a statement in the DCAT
spec explaining why versioning is not addressed, possibly pointing to
existing solutions - as ADMS and the FRBR-based one described by Bernard
[1].
