citing SCOVO?

Greetings!

The current draft cites SCOVO both as a basis for the current draft and
as one of the namespaces used in the draft (see 1.6).

Visiting SCOVO - http://vocab.deri.ie/scovo one finds:

> Note: The SCOVO vocabulary is deprecated. We strongly advise to use
> the Data Cube Vocabulary <http://linked-statistics.org/datacube> instead.

But the Data Cube Vocabulary points to:

http://linked-statistics.org/datacube

Which has the unfortunate title:

>
> The RDF Data Cube vocabulary
>
an unofficial document dated 2010-07-14.

Is the deprecated vocabulary intended to remain as a reference?

Hope everyone is having a great day!

Patrick
