Hi,

As alluded earlier this week, Geolocation has (finally) been published
as a Recommendation:

While the last leg of the trip has been longer and more chaotic than we
would have wished, I think it's clear that this API has been a landmark
in deploying access to new type of features in the Web platform, and
remains one of the most deployed in this category.
