compass properties and DeviceOrientation

A while ago I requested that DeviceOrientation have separate properties for compass heading and accuracy, rather than setting the alpha property of the event. This is how iOS 5.0 provides the data (webkitCompassHeading and webkitCompassAccuracy). I had a few reasons at the time, one of which being that you had to do a lot of work to keep the compass and the gyro in sync (that's a summary that skips a lot of detail - you can find info in the email archives).

Anyway, at the F2F today we discussed it and I'm ok with keeping the specification as it is. Part of the deal was that I say this in public :)
