Opera Geolocation build

Hi,

Opera today released a labs build with an implementation of the 
Geolocation API.

Windows-only for now, a Linux version will be released soon.

The implementation is compliant with the FPWD version of the API and 
uses Skyhook's location provider framework for the actual location 
acquisition.
The UI is kept rather simple for now. We intend to continue to 
experiment with a UI for Geolocation based on user feedback and the 
continued privacy discussion in the working group.
