delivering test cases

Hi,

I would like to contribute the Geolocation API test cases we have in
Gears. Do folks have any advice on the format these tests should be
in? We have them as JS, for example:

http://code.google.com/p/gears/source/browse/trunk/gears/test/testcases/geolocation_tests.js

but is there a standard W3C format for things like this?
