I've found another open data structure for civic addresses. It belongs
to XMPP User Location, a XMPP extension for communicating information
about user's location
http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0080.html

The link contains also a table mapping XMPP elements to GEOPRIV's PIDF-LO.
