RE : Moving the Geolocation API to First Public Working Draft

Here are some feed back on the First Public Working Draft at
http://dev.w3.org/geo/api/Overview.html

1) The numbering in the TOC is strange (there is 4 level of numbering
instead of 3)
--> in fact you should probably remove the numbering by hand for the Use
Cases and get the same level of title for the Requirements

2) The link to WebIDL does not work
---> you should probably point to Web IDL  29 August 2008 WD at
http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/WD-WebIDL-20080829/ or
http://www.w3.org/TR/WebIDL/

3) s/methdos/methods/
    s/neighbourhood/neighborhood/
    s/programatically/programmatically/
