Remarks on GeoLocation Spec

Instead of

    attribute boolean enableHiqhAccuracy;

]]

I would rather see a three valued option "accuracyLevel" that could be :
* "default" : no precision to the implementation
* "increasing" : that means, give an information asap but continu
improving the accuray
* "high" : that means give me the information only when it reach a
relatively high level of accuracy
