@mfreed7 yeah, there could be content that will suddenly look different. I'm unsure if this could be detected by a use counter; it could be too costly to calculate.

@AmeliaBR in one of the previous versions of the spec, we had the `non-isolated` property (which matches the Adobe products). Maybe we can bring that back? 
An unfortunate drawback is that there will still be content that will always force isolation (ie filters). I'm unsure how confusing this is for users.
