Hi,

The Editor's Draft of the Web Animations spec has moved to:

   http://w3c.github.io/web-animations/

(Now that we've moved off our hacked-to-pieces version of respec, 
fragment identifiers to sections of the spec finally work too. Thanks to 
Shane Stephens and Douglas Stockwell for doing the tedious work of 
converting the spec to bikeshed,)

Also we can now accept pull requests too:

   https://github.com/w3c/web-animations
