Minting a new camel-cased SVG element name without alerting the WHATWG

It has come to my attention that this group has specified a new
camel-cased SVG element name: feDropShadow. I couldn't find any email
message about this to the WHATWG list or a Bugzilla entry about this
in the W3C Bugzilla so that the  HTML parsing specification could be
adjusted. That's not cool.

I have filed https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=24424 .
