Hi Tom,

Let's take this off-line because the discussions here are more about the spec. than implementation.

Cheers,
Vincent

Hi Vincent,

Do you have an ETA for the adobe prototype? Sorry for being a bit pushy but this technology would be perfect for my project :)

Hi Tom,

Just to be clear: this is what I think, but this is not guaranteed. Word from the people who actually implement the feature is what counts and there might be problems in the trunk implementation which come up that were not an issue in Adobe's prototype, so delays may happen.

Kind regards,
Vincent.

Hi Tom,

I think you'll see shaders support in WebKit before March.

Hello

I know this may be early to ask but what is the status of the css shaders being implemented? i have found the bugs for them on webkit and this mailing list but apart from that there seems to be little information on the subject?

Tom Lane

Hi Tom,

Our team is actively working on the CSS shader implementation in the WebKit main trunk. This is coordinated with the overall Filter Effects work that Dean Jackson is driving.

FYI,
Vincent
