XML => XPath Data Model

Section 7.2.2 Replacing Data with the Submission Response

Contains the text:

"the XML obtained from the submission response is used to replace the  
target node. The XML in the response may have comment and processing  
instruction nodes before and after the document element."

I believe this should actually be:

"the XPath Data Model obtained from the submission response is used to  
replace the target node. This data may have comment and processing  
instruction nodes before and after the document element."

Any objections?
