RE: Custom functions (Major re-write, please review)

I don't think that function/@src is useful because it would require one 
HTTP get per function.
If there's a way to do function libraries, where one @src provides 
multiple functions, that would be useful.
The question of what variables are in scope would also quickly come up: 
the variables in scope at the point of loading, or the variables in the 
remote reference?
