Can we get a news item?

Hi Steven and Leigh,

It's been a while since the WG has posted a news item to the group's 
public page, and the new IBM Forms is a major version release for us, so 
it is newsworthy. Could we please get a news item for it? 

To expedite, how about something like this:

The <a href="http://www.ibm.com/software/lotus/products/forms/">IBM 
Forms</a> team has announced a major release of its XForms-powered 
software suite.  To find out more about <strong>IBM Forms 4.0</strong>, 
please see <a href="
