Sorry, another meeting ran late. Don't know if I was the last man for the
quorum, but if I was, apologies.

Not a lot to report on this end - little activity on the html/xml thread to
speak of, the HCG last week ended up without a decision made regarding XBL.
I'm still in limbo on job (along with just about everyone in the government)
while waiting for the GOP to get it's act in gear and submit a rational
budget or at least extend the one for 2011. One of those not much of
anything weeks (sigh).
