Encouraging other XForms 1.2 experimentation

Today we posted a note to www-forms encouraging early experimental 
adoption in XForms 1.1 processors of the XForms 1.2 feature of @ref in 
places currently covered by @nodeset.

On the next telecon, perhaps we could decide whether we want to issue a 
similar encouragement for allowing multiple MIPs to bind to the same node, 
according to the combinators we decided upon.
