I didn't find one, but I did find this, which converts MediaWiki markup
to other XML representations, including DocBook.

1. Go here and copy the wiki markup
http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/wiki/index.php?title=@context_everywhere&action=edit

2. Go here and paste the wiki markup
http://toolserver.org/~magnus/wiki2xml/w2x.php

3. Select "raw wikitext" on the left and select "DocBook XML" on the
right and press "Convert"

4. Imagine you could select "SpecXML" instead of "DocBook" on the right.
It ought to be possible to write a custom output format for this, or to
to convert the output.

Leigh.
