Errors in descriptions of dayTimeDuration and yearMonthDuration

In the descriptions of dayTimeDuration [1] and yearMonthDuration [2], the
specification claims that the given datatype is derived from xsd:duration.
Then, the immediately following content particle presents a schema
definition that derives the datatype as a restriction of string, not
duration.

The restriction from string is easier because it makes it easier to allow
empty string, so the sentence claiming the datatype is derived from
duration should just be deleted via a trivial erratum.
