"eb-Forms are webforms that allow you to send and receive standard
electronic business documents."

"eb-Forms basically consist of a set of XML and XSLT (XML Transformation)
files. Browsers use the eb-Forms XSLT to transform any standard XML schema
into an XForms form. The set is available as a free ZIPped package."
