Pending working group decision to advance XForms 1.1 to Recommendation

Dear Forms WG,

The XForms 1.1 Recommendation document has now been prepared:
http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/specs/XForms1.1/index-all.html

The working group must record a resolution to advance XForms 1.1 to
Recommendation. The request for this resolution will occur on the next
teleconference on Wednesday, Sept. 30. If you are unable to make the
meeting, please send any comments you have prior to the call. Otherwise,
the working group will assume that you approve of the advancement.

For your information, the following actions have been performed on the
document:

1) The CR to PR diffs have been removed
2) The document title has been changed to Recommendation.
3) The status section has been changed to reflect recommendation status
4) The date has been updated.
5) The shortname has been changed from xforms11 to xforms, per the status
section of the PR
6) The tokens of inputmode have been changed to case-insensitive.
7) The code styling was added to tokens in the inputmode appendix, and the
primary token list was alphabetized
8) The indenting was repaired on the xforms DOM IDL and examples of card
number and the current function
9) The RELAXNG schema link was added
10) References to SOAP 1.2, XHTML modularization and XML Base were updated
11) The first paragraph of section 7 was amended to reiterate the
relationship between XForms, XPath 1.0 and XPath 2.0
12) An errata document link was added, and the errata document system was
prepared for XForms 1.1

The W3C pubrules system has been executed on the resulting, and it gives
green lights for publication.
