This test contains 3 uploads - two which should work and one that
throws a xforms-binding-exception. The assertion text says that the 2
correct uploads can be used while the incorrect one must notify the
user in some way that's it's broken. However the Spec says:

(...)
Default Action: Fatal error (halts processing).

How can the 2 other controls be used if the exception stops
processing? Seems this testcase is broken or did i miss something?

Regards,

Joern
