The working group agreed that the spec example and test should be removed for  event('resource-uri') on xforms-link-exception.

Spec was updated http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/specs/XForms1.1/index-diff.html#fn-event

Want to make sure test suite gets updated too... (by removing the test and removing the entry from various implementation reports)
