Test Case Changes

Over the past few weeks, there has been some changes to test cases in the
XForms 1.1 Test Suite to fix some bugs, typos and some inconsistencies
between the specification and the test suite.  Last week during our first
Face-to-Face meeting in 2009, the W3C Forms Working Group reviewed some of
the test cases in the XForms 1.1 test suite and revised several of them
with a less strict level of compliance.

Here are the changed test cases and they have been updated on the W3C site
(http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/Test/XForms1.1/Edition1/):

Test case 3.3.1.c3 was removed, and
