Sébastien Cramatte has announced the first alpha release of
Concentré-XForms.

"Concentré is an XForms/XML framework based on 2 differents projects:
xslt2xforms and libxforms. The main goal is to provide an enterprise grade
client and server side XForms 1.1 basic solution based on W3C standards."

"Concentré XForms is a full javascript client side XForms processor. No
plugin is required! It doesn't have server side dependencies with PHP."

I'm told that it has currently only been tested on Firefox 3.
