Ubiquity XForms Webforms-a Example for Firefox 3

Hi All,

Here's a simplify loan form example for WebForms-a based on the
Ubiquity XForms library.
This example is  written within XForms namespace,  I am also working
on one that
will use the HTML namespace. This example currently only work on Firefox 3.
