Action 2008-08-6.2 : Done

Action 2009-07-9.2 : Checked charter, found nothing to suggest liaison is 
time limited shorter than working group charter.  Discussed same with HCG

Action 2008-06-18.6 : CDF is a no-op for tech plenary, so no presentation

Action 2008-06-18.4 : Worked to get meeting, but meeting was declined, so 
no presentation to prepare


Action 2008-01-30.2 : We subsequently decided we were not doing this to 
1.0, but I left the action item active until I could double check 1.1.  I 
thought I got them all, but the double-check produced one additional 
non-dated informative reference to SVG 1.1, which is now fixed.
