Updated WG home page (Overview.html)

Changed the dates on the roadmap.

Also, the "Key Goals" text seemed a bit underpowered, so I made some 
additions and changes.

For examples, it didn't mention accessibility, dynamic access to server 
data sources during form execution, nor the fact that advanced form logic 
avoids round-tripping.

Further improvements are welcome, of course.

Steven, please update your copy of this document, so the changes don't get 
lost.
