All,

In the "XForms 1.1 W3C Candidate Recommendation 29 November 2007" [1] 
there is a lingering reference to the (removed) xforms:prompt element 
under "2.4.1 XForms Model":

   "The processor may support refresh, setindex, setfocus, toggle, 
prompt and message."
