Out of date event() example




Section 7.11.2 uses "event('binding')" as an example. However, xforms- 
insert doesn't have (no longer has) this attribute. This example 
should be updated, e.g. to refer to event('inserted-nodes') returning 
the "instance data node or nodes inserted".
