Urgent: This is a crunch time for us

Dear Forms Team,

We made great progress at the FtF and have only 9 last call issues left. 
Since Erik is an expert on all of these issues, he will chair the telecon 
meeting.  To help out, I just sent a draft agenda. 

We also found at the face to face meeting that a bit of time *must* be 
spent on this telecon discussing how Mark B., Sebastian and Nick need to 
get organized to start doing weekly work on XForms 1.2 for the forms task 
force.  It is essential that you respond to the request for input to the 
task force charter, and it is essential that you start working together 
regularly to figure out a way to provide machinery that allows 
{WF2+reasonable changes} to be closely mapped to the architecture of 
{XForms 1.1 + reasonable changes}.

Finally, we also did not have the time to work on the XForms 1.1 schema 
nor on the better insert/delete examples.  Action items with short due 
dates need to be assigned for these.  It is essential that working group 
members spend the full day per week on XForms 1.1 work so that these two 
actions, as well as the remaining actions remaining to XForms 1.1 last 
call can be completed as soon as possible.  We are *very* close to being 
able to enter candidate recommendation for XForms 1.1.  By charter, we are 
due to complete this transition by the end of September, so I really need 
this team to do a bit extra here in the next few weeks to get us over the 
top.
