Please request CR transition meeting

Hi Steven,

I was busily preparing a document to send you to ask you to submit the 
transition request when I noticed I was actually supposed to send it and 
you were only on the hook for arranging the meeting :-)

You will no doubt notice that I sent the request this evening, so please 
install the final version of the LC report right away, then please request 
the transition meeting. 

I understand that Nov. 15 may be inconvenient for you due to a conference. 
 If we could get on the calendar on Nov. 15, though, it would mean that 
Chris Lilley would not need to find a replacement.

I can make any time that can be made by yourself, Chris, and Steve.

If we cannot do Nov. 15, though, then the16th or 19th are best for me, 
followed by the 21st (wednesday) and last is the 20th (I have an all day 
training session on Tuesday, but I will interrupt it if no other time is 
available).

Once a dateTime is set, please also book zakim.
