Dear Chairs and all,

Our draft proposal for schedule of the All-Group meetings at the 5-10
November Tech Plenary and AC Meeting is at:
<http://www.w3.org/2007/11/TPAC/overview.html#days>.  The assignments
are based, as much as possible, on the answers you submitted in the
Groups Logistics WBS.

Please review the information and let us know,  no later than *Monday
13 August*,  if you have any questions or comments about the
schedule.  We will open the registration for the TP and AC meetings
soon after that and it will be difficult to make any adjustments
after that point.

Specifically, I'd like you to make sure I got your information all
right:
- that your group will still attend
- the number of attendees you expect (I have placed you in a given
room based on the attendance you announced)
- the day(s) your group would prefer to meet
- the information you've provided for allowing or not allowing
observers and about confidentiality.

Final meeting room assignments (which will be sent out prior to the
meeting) will largely depend on the number of people that register
for your group, not the number of observers. We will do our best to
provide the most appropriate space for each group.

Please review the schedule and send mail to w3t-tpregister@w3.org if
you have questions or comments.
