Action for all: Review proposed resolution notes on these LC issues

Dear Working Group Members,

I would like to ask each person in the group to spend about one hour to 
review at least one of the following three sets of LC issues AND respond 
to the working group that you have done the review and either agree, want 
to add, change, or whatever...  If you can do a bit more time, or if you 
have time to review more than one set, then please do, but doing one 
should actually be enough!  If you see that someone has already sent mail 
about a given set, then choose a different one.  If mail has been sent 
about all three, then pick any one that you like.  We could use multiple 
responses per group.
