[EXI] Document Grammar in Schema informed mode

Hi EXI Experts

       Will the document grammar give in section 8.5.1 for schema informed
mode remain same for strict and non-strict modes of schema informed
encoding. Particularly the presence of SE (*) production in Document
grammar. Will it have to be retained in the case of strict mode of encoding
also.
