XML Core WG Review of Efficient XML Interchange Format 1.0

The XML Core WG has reviewed the Last Call of
Efficient XML Interchange Format 1.0
at http://www.w3.org/TR/exi/ 
and discussed it as a working group.

Most of the members of the XML Core WG continue
to hold a generally negative opinion of the idea
of developing EXI.  However, we realize that there
seems to be a community that is going to develop
it regardless.  As a Working Group, we have no 
specific comments on this Last Call draft.
