The traditional Linked Data approach would be to check the Accept header
in the HTTP request for the initial URL.  If it contains
'application/rdf+xml' (or maybe 'text/xml'), issue a '303 See Other'
response, with the XML/RDF/OWL URL as the value of the Location
property.  Otherwise, issue a '303 See Other' response with the 'regular
browser' URL as the value of the Location.
