We, at FAO, are working on it... unfortunately I have now published available
the previous version of SKOS... but I hope soon to provide the new release.

We are eager to get started with some practical use of SKOS. The current
documentation shows a lot of fragment examples, but where can I find more
complete examples of a basic vocabulary that are up to date with the latest
version of the draft specification?
