Hi all,

I folded the new section we've been discussing into a new editor's draft of the quick guide, see:

Sorry to rush this a bit, but it would be great if we could ok this for first Public Working Draft at the SWBP telecon tomorrow.  

The main change is the new section 'Creating and Maintaining an RDF Representation of a Thesaurus'.

The other changes are:

 - Added short note to intro to explain use of the 'skos:' prefix
 - Added a skos:inScheme arc to the graph visualisation
 - Added a short note about skos:inScheme after the RDF/XML example
 - Rearranged the abstract slightly for better flow.
