RE: grounding terms in URI space

If  http://...schema#term prevents a 404 being generated then we should
take a firm step  forward and present it as best practice.

By the by .. I would very much like to reference SKOSMAP as best practice
for expressing mapping relationships between conceptual resources in a
Metadata Registry ... is there a timeframe for publishing that in 2005 ?
