Hey Danny,

For the record, using protege 3.1.1 build 216, when I try to create a new project of type 'RDF files' from existing sources, using a local copy of http://www.w3.org/2004/02/skos/core as the classes file, and an empty RDF/XML file as the instances file, I get the following error message:

system classes cannot be changed: http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#Resource
Fatal error: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: broader not unique: SimpleInstance(broader of [Cls(owl:TransitiveProperty, FrameID(1:10131))])

... ???

Then in the class browser the class hierarchy appears correctly, but in the slot browser the slot hierarchy looks like:

altSymbol
rdfs:label
   altLabel
semanticRelation
   broader

... and no other slots (i.e. properties) appear. The domain and range of semanticRelation does not appear either.

I'll post something to protege-discussion, see what they say.

Cheers,

Al.
