The proposal for new vocabulary supporting ordered/labelled collections of concepts as described by: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-esw-thes/2004Oct/0072.html has been actioned. See: http://www.w3.org/2004/02/skos/core/spec/ for a summary of the new vocabulary, including definitions and comments. All new vocabulary has an 'unstable' status, so further comments and suggestions is most welcome.
