Re: NISO vote on ISO EPUB Archive part 1 and 2 closes September 13

Japanese SC34 will vote No.  Japan will propose to
explicitly eliminate 3.1 from the scope of these TSs,
and request not to eliminate image-only fixed-layout EPUB
publications.
