That reminds me of <meta property="rendition:spread">none</meta> which is set by default when exporting FXL from InDesign. Reading systems honour that property, but in a lot of the cases its a result of publisher ignorance and not a deliberate choice. I'd hope we could avoid that situation with margins somehow.
