As described in my email below, I changed the default branch and 
reverted the changes. The scripts are where you expect them.

Which is what I made sure.

I don't as well, but I am not aware of any non-deliveries material 
lingering around in repositories. As outlined in my email below, I 
encourage everyone to use the wikis (or for staff: date spaces or random 
directories on the W3C server) for things that should not be on the WAI 
website (the scripts are not) but still have relevancy.

Again, I apologize for not clearly communicating this before.
