W3C diff tool now works with SVG use

A quick FYI.

The HTML Diff Tool from W3C did not work with inline SVG (specific: the 
<use> element) before, but our colleague Dominique Hazaƫl-Massieux 
fixed it for us.

It even works reasonably well with the changed template, for example:
